The new homeowners were excited to find a secluded lot just mintues from work, but the home layout and interiors had much to be desired. The main floor was opened up by relocating the stairway to create a more spacious entry and great room area with a chef's kitchen, walk-in pantry and adjacent family room. Part of the upstairs was reconfigured to create a master suite and new guest bathroom.

New wood flooring, custom cabinetry and white woodwork brought this kitchen out of its dated 1990's look. Cambria countertops and an Italian stone backsplash finish off its classic styling. The new layout and large central island create the perfect setting for family gatherings.
