Geneva House
The Geneva house was designed with one major thing in mind... beautiful views of Geneva Lake. From the moment you step foot on the front porch, you can already see hints of the views from the wall of windows in the great room. Whether you are experiencing the vaulted ceiling with wood-lined barrel vault dormer and stone fireplace in the great room or the octagon turret with rough-hewn beams in the dining room, each room is unique yet flows from one space into another. The first floor also contains a large music room with lake views from its beautiful window bay and a masculine study with its own cozy fireplace to enjoy while reading a good book.
The second floor is where you will find the two guest suites as well as a bunk room with a private bath, a second-floor laundry room, and an unbelievable master suite. The master is a perfect retreat that has a large master closet, a stunning master bath, and a gorgeous sitting room with a fireplace, vaulted beamed ceilings, and unbeatable views of the lake. The bedroom also can boast of its own vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and a large expanse of windows of the same killer view.
The lower level is not your typical basement with its ten-foot ceilings, It contains one more guest suite along with an exercise room, recording studio, full kitchen, laundry room, and fabulous family room and recreation space.
